Chief Growth Officer

I believe that one’s success in life and their ability to learn and grow, is not only a function one’s natural intellect or aptitude, but also a function of the level of exposure one gets over years.

Naomi Koatla

Franchise Manager

Giving every child the power to succeed to me means being present and fully committed to my work. This means delivering on my commitment and responsibility to support Franchisors / Programme leads, with effective and efficient implementation of the SmartStart programme. I do this by bringing my experience in Project management, Stakeholder management, and People management.
From my previous role as Gauteng Branch Operations Manager, I fully appreciate the importance of effective implementation towards achieving child outcomes. It all starts with developing an Implementation plan that appreciates the unique features of each province, municipality, and areas of implementation. This entails building an understanding of individual Franchisor tapestry information and how to use this effectively to plan. All this aligned to budgets and prioritising activities. Being intentional at targeting areas where the ECD access gap is widest and reaching those children!

“Poverty does not mean a person is unable to succeed but opportunities make success possible”. We all need to create opportunities whenever we can!

Lebogang Mocwaledi

Micro-Enterprise Sustainability

Beauty of life is seen through a child’s eye! Therefore to create and sustain anything beautiful in life and a sustainable future for the next future generations to succeed, it should matter to every one of us that all children are given the power to succeed.
